Our home inspection will generally take from two to four hours, and once the inspection process is finished a detailed and comprehensive report will be prepared. The inspection report and any related pictures are printed right on the site, so our clients do not have to wait for the report. Before the inspector leaves the site they will discuss the findings with the client, answer any questions, and provide information and advice on the operation and maintenance of the home. We invite our clients to attend the entire home inspection, and to ask any questions that they have.
